Making notes and memos smarter

Hi,

We are tired of existing notes apps, which make it cumbersome to organize and access your own content.
We are creating a simple, yet flexible solution for organizing (and taking;) ) typed notes.

We are mostly looking for iOS developers to complement our team. However, we will also gladly accept an Android or Windows Phone developer.
